Tuesday Good Form & Core will focus on improving your running mechanics while also working to strengthen your core. The workouts will include running form drills focused on improving posture, foot strike and cadence will also incorporating some good old fashioned core work!
Join us each Tuesday at Fleet Feet Sports. Bring a mat or towel for the 45 minutes of good form & core! Workouts start promptly at 5:30 am.
