MIT LOGO NEW Whether you are a couch-potato, walker, casual jogger, or marathon veteran, the MIT program is the most enjoyable, most inspiring, and most efficient way to get in the best shape of your life. 

 

The next session begins with two FREE Open House sessions on December 15th and 22nd!

 

MIT By the Numbers

  • Program began in 2000, with 90 participants and 4 coaches
  • Approx. 3,500 runners and walkers have participated since 2000
  • Summer 2012 program had over 1000 participants and 60 coaches - of all ability levels. Everyone fits in with MIT!
  • Since 2001, our participants have logged over 2.7 million miles!

Programs are flexible, allowing even the busiest people to train around their hectic personal schedules!

  • Program length: 20-25 weeks
  • Personalized training schedule
  • Workouts every Saturday morning and Wednesday evening at Thomas Worthington High School and the OhioHealth Westerville campus on a rotating basis.
  • Informational/inspirational meetings: (including nutrition, stretching, injury prevention, and other running related topics)
  • Easily accessible coaches to help with your training needs.
  • The entire program is progressive in nature - each week builds on the previous week's training.

Join us for no-obligation information sessions the week of the 15th. Come any evening from December 10th through the 14th at 6:30pm at Fleet Feet Sports!
