The events listed on the MIT Calendar below are the primary focus of the MIT program.

  • Saturday's being the primary workout of every week and Wednesday's being the second most important of the week.
  • We also offer group run opportunities Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays as follows:
    • Mondays at Fleet Feet Polaris at 6:30pm
    • Tuesdays at FrontRunner Worthington at 7:00pm
    • Thursdays at FrontRunner Upper Arlington at 6:30pm
  • The MIT education sessions are required for first time participants. These sessions will be scheduled for Saturday mornings before the workouts.
  • Core with Marie is offered for FREE on Sundays at Fleet Feet Polaris at 10:00am
  • Yoga for Runners with Marcy is offered for $5 for MITers and $10 for the public as follows:
    • Sundays at FrontRunner Upper Arlington at 10:00am
    • Tuesdays at Fleet Feet Polaris at 8:15pm
