The events listed on the MIT Calendar below are the primary focus of the MIT program.
- Saturday's being the primary workout of every week and Wednesday's being the second most important of the week.
- The MIT education sessions are required for first time participants.
- Sunday Core and Tuesday Good Form & Core are excellent add-ons but are not required workouts.
