FIT for LIFE Seminar, Fun Run/Walk & Social Series!

We are extremely excited about our upcoming FIT for LIFE Seminar, Fun Run/Walk & Social Series!

Starting this June we are bringing you the finest experts in the Health & Wellness Community.  

  • Each clinic will last approximately 20 minutes and will be followed by a short fun run/walk.  
  • After the fun run/walk we will host a social where you can interact with your fellow runners and walkers AND ask the experts your questions!  
  • To top it off our shoe and apparel brands will be sponsoring each event providing fun raffles, door prizes and other shenanigans!
